New York Times recently reported that Google TV may well be coming to your living room in the very near future. Google are apparently working with companies like Intel, Logitech, Sony and other related companies to develop a TV service.
According to the New York Times article we read, Google TV will use Google's mobile operating system and applications made for the operating system - Android.
According to New York Times the companies working on this project say, "envision technology that will make it easy for TV users to navigate web applications, like the Twitter social network and the Picasa photo site, as it is to change the channel"
Google's own browser - Chrome - will be redeveloped for this project. However Google themselves have yet to comment on this rumour circulating the web. A rumour which has also been carried by the Wall Street Journal in America.
